parent input form It is hard to believe that the 2019-2020 school year is almost over. Although we aren’t operating from under the CC Mason roof right now, we are still working hard behind the scenes to do everything we can to meet the needs of all students. We want to finish school strong, and right now we are working to improve critical systems and processes to help us better serve our students and community. One of those critical systems includes our Class Placement Process. While parent input is not required, it is important for parents to have the opportunity to provide information about the unique needs of your child/children. Parent input is an important consideration in the process, in addition to the knowledge and professional judgment of our teachers and staff, as well as other considerations. Please note that the intent of this form is to not request a particular teacher, as there are many factors to consider when building classes. We want to thank you in advance for trusting us during this process. Please feel free to click on the form below to provide input. For families with multiple children attending Mason, please complete a separate form for each child. The deadline for input is May 1, 2020.

The form will be posted on the Mason Website and included the Mason Memo until May 1, 2020.
